“Best day of my life!” she squealed happily. “Nothing can ruin today! Not even that annoying bratty jerk!” She entered the house as she heard a loud, “WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!” She smiled, “I told you I was out. Is your mom home?”
“WOULD I BE YELLING LIKE THIS IS SHE WAS?!”
“Good point.” she stated going past him and into her room.
“NOW WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?! I'M STARVING HERE AND MY CHORES NEED TO GET DONE!” he screamed. She nodded dropping off her bag and said, “Alright, fine. You only have laundry to do right?” He nodded and said, “And for tonight I want a big meal! Make it something tasty and for desert something really sweet.”
“I'm on it.” she beamed. “Raiya! Do you have a request for dinner or desert?!”
“No--- oh! I want some of your cookies again! They were great!” he yelled from his room.
“Alright.” she stated as she began cooking. Yuto sat in the kitchen and watch as she placed things on the stove and others in the oven. He finally spoke up, “What's up with you today?”
“What do you mean?” she asked, all her concentration on seasoning the pot roast. She then began mixing the dough for the cookies as he said, “You're... too happy... It's kinda scary how you're reacting happily to my big requests...”
“There's nothing wrong with being too happy.” she smiled at him as he told her, “... somethings wrong with you... Are you sick?” He quickly got up and pulled her to face him, pushing her up against the stove. He put his hand on her forehead and said, “You seem normal...”
“I told you I was—OW!” she quickly jumped grasping her arm. Her arm had gotten burnt my the hot pot.
“Aw, crap!” she gritted her teeth in pain.
“Shit!” Yuto groaned, pulling her over to the sink and turning on the cold water. She soaked her arm in it as she sighed in relief. He sighed, “Sorry about that...”
“It's alright... it was an accident.” she told him. She turned the sink off, but there was still a burn mark on her. He groaned, “Why don't you go do some homework? I'll finish the rest.” She shook her head, “It's alright. I can--”
“Go do your homework.” he ordered.
“... fine, but I'm still making Raiya his cookies...” she stated. After bandaging her burn, she sat in the kitchen with Yuto, doing her homework. As she did her work, she noticed him continuously staring at the bandages. She sighed, without stopping her work, “I'm fine okay? You don't need to worry...”
“Who said I was worried?” he stated in a snobby tone. He left the table and turned off the oven and stove. “You're lucky I'm kind enough to give you today off, especially when I'm so busy...” She smiled, “Wow, today really is the best of my life. Nakajima Yuto is actually being nice to me...”
“... shut up and don't think this'll be happening often.” he said not looking at her. They heard a ding as she stated, “Well, cookies are done.” She grabbed a mitt and took them out and placed them down to cool.
“This time, listen and don't eat them, okay? We wouldn't want you to burn your tongue again now would we?” she smiled at him as he smirked, “You sure... it'd be a great excuse to kiss me... you know you want to.”
“Haha... that's a good one.” she laughed. He raised an eyebrow, “No smart remark? Who are you and what have you done to Aya...”
“Oh aren't you the little jokester...” she said ruffling his hair. She then blew over the cookies to cool them off. “Raiya! They're done!”
“... this is seriously freaky...” he said.
“I'm home!” the door soon opened as his mother walked in. “Yum, something smells good...”
“Welcome home.” Aya smiled. Yuto nodded, “Hey, mom.” She gave an appalled look as Yuto asked, “What?”
“This is the first time in years that I've come home and you two weren't arguing.” she said amazed. “Wow! Something must've happened! Tell!”
“I just had a great day.” Aya smiled. “Not sure about Yuto though. I'm gonna finish my homework in my room. Let me know when dad gets home.” She nodded as she left.

“... You alright?” Kento asked her as they walked to school. She nodded, “Yea, it's just... my 'brother' was acting strange this morning... he was actually nice to me... somethings fishy.”
“Haha, you're so paranoid.” he laughed. “Maybe he just wanted to be nice.”
“... I dunno. It's so unlike him...” she thought. “Anyways... what were you saying?”
“Just saying how I'm excited for Friday.” he beamed. “My brother's lending me his car, so I can drive you there.”
“Wow, going all out huh?” she smiled.
“Of course. It's a special day.” he told her as they entered their school. “I want it to be great!” She nodded in agreement. As they entered their classroom she asked, “So, is there any other surprises I might want to know about before the formal?”
“Well, if there is gonna be a surprise...” he said as he suddenly moved away from her. Shizu fell right to the ground as he smiled and continued, “I'd want to keep it a surprise. I'd like to see your face when you see it.”
“Urgh... what the hell was that for?!” Shizu groaned.
“You're the one about to attack me. I just moved.” he stated in a 'as-matter-of-fact' tone. She glared, “Geez, stop hanging around Aya already. You'll ruin her reputation.”
“What?! I'm the soccer team captain! That's pretty high on the social ladder in my opinion.” he told her. She shook her head, “Please, if you're below celebrities, you aren't even worth the time...”
“Shizu!” Aya whacked her. “That's so uncalled for! Geez, what do you have against him anyways?!”
“... nothing I guess... I just think you deserve better.” she stated hugging Aya.
“Well I'm just fine with Kento.” she responded.
“See, she doesn't mind. That's all that matters right?” Kento stated. “I love her and she loves me. So why don't you stay outta of business.” Shizu went wide eyed, “WHAT?! NO WAY!!! AYA, PLEASE TELL ME YOU AREN'T DATING!”
“...” she was silent as Shizu began panicking. “No, no, no! Where did I go wrong?! I thought I raised you better than this?! Why?!!”
“... A little too much exaggeration, Shizu...” she said a bit worried.
“Wait... I can still fix this..” she said lighting up. She looked at the two, “Break up right now!”
“No.” they both said quickly at the same time as she began freaking out. Kento laughed, “Hey~, another great thing about our relationship. It piss the crap outta Kuromiya. This'll be fun.”
“Wait! No one else has to know! Kento and Aya don't really talk during school so it'll be fine. Just gotta-” Shizu said out loud to herself as Kento then yelled to the class, “Hey everybody! I did it! Aya and I are now dating!” Kento's friends roared as the girls just went back to gossip. They could care less about a soccer player. They only cared about celebrities.
“Nice going Kento!” They all cheered as he smiled and Shizu stood there, jaw hung open wide and annoyance and surprise in her face. He laughed, “Hey Shizu, is that a fly in your mouth?!” She quickly shut it and glared, “Urgh! I've got to stop talking out loud!” She stormed off as Aya just smiled at the two.
“Well, that was fun.” Kento stated. “Hey, so you wanna have lunch together?” She nodded, “Yea. I actually made some extra lunch if you want some.”
“Aya's homemade bento?! Duh~! Of course I want some!” he lit up. She giggled, “Well, I should make sure Shizu okay?” He groaned, “Do you have to?” She gave him a look. “Oh, alright.” She smiled and went off after Shizuku.

“Break up with him!” Shizu told her as she answered, “No.”
“Then I guess I'm gonna stay mad...” she responded. She sighed, “Come on, Shizuku. You can't stay mad at me forever...”
“I will until you stop dating Kento.” she replied. Aya told her, “I'm not breaking up with Kento! I've been waiting for this since the our first year here. Can't you be happy I finally got a boyfriend?” She sighed, “Well, at least I'll have one less girl to worry about stealing Yamada-kun from me...” Aya beamed and hugged her, “Thanks.”
“Yea, but don't expect me to be nice to him.” she told her.
“I'd be surprised if you did.” she giggled.
“Alright, now your end of the bargain. We girls are going to the mall to shop for formal dresses today. Come with.” she stated. Aya responded, “Can't... I went yesterday with Kento and my … mom won't let me go out two nights in a row. Sorry.” She growled, “Stupid Kento, stealing my best friend! Grrr when I get a hold of him-”
“Uh-hum...” Aya gave her a look.
“.... fine. Then the Hey! Say! JUMP concert Saturday night! You have to come with us!” she ordered as she flinched, “Uh... well...”
“NO backing outta this one!”
“But I'm going to formal the night before...”
“Then sneak out!” she told her as she replied, “What?! I'm not doing that!”
“Well you had better show up or I swear I'll be so pissed I won't ever talk to you again!” she threatened. She pouted, “You're lucky I like having you around... I'll go.” She cheered and hugged her, “This is gonna be sooo awesome!”

“YUM~!” Kento sighed happily as he ate some of Aya's bento. They sat together, alone on the rooftop of the school. “It's great!” She smiled, “Thanks... I'm glad you're enjoying it.”
“Damn, you're such an amazing cook! Why haven't I ever asked you to make me food before?!” he questioned. She shrugged and winked, “It's a hidden talent.” He smiled, “Well this talent should definitely be shared!”
“Really? I don't think it's that great...”
“You're so modest.” he told her. “It's amazing!” She giggled as they soon heard a thump. Kento's friends had slipped from behind the entrance door. He groaned, “You idiots! What the hell do you think you're doing?!” They laughed, quickly running away as he reach the door. She laughed as he stated, “Sorry about them...”
“It's fine. They seem nice.” she smiled.
“They're such dorks...” he stated, sitting with her again. “Seriously, they've got to get their own lives instead of spying on us.”
“Haha...” she smiled as he did. They sat there and soon Kento leaned towards her and soon they were a few inches apart--
“Oh.” they heard as they quickly faced away from each other. “There's people here...”
“Eh?! Aren't you Ayame-chan?!” the short one lit up as she flinched a bit. The tallest whacked his chest as he groaned, “Urgh... ow...”
“Yea... how do you know me...” she questioned as she eyed the tallest senior. He stated, “We're seniors. We should know everyone.”
“Eh... we need to know the entire school when we're seniors?!” Kento groaned as she laughed, “Haha, Kento... calm down. You don't need to know everyone...”
“So what are you doing up here? This is usually our get-away spot.” Yamada said to her. She answered, “We're having a date up here. I'm sorry, we didn't know you got away here.”
“I guess it's alright. It's not our school...” Keito smiled. “But it'd be great if you kept this place a secret for us.” She nodded with a smile and said, 'Well, let's finish eating Kento and then we can leave these boys to be.”
“Yea... sorry...” Kento said. “I didn't know anyone comes up here.”
“It's fine.” Chinen beamed. “We'll find some place else today.” Yamada then laughed, “Don't have too much fun you two.” They turned red as Kento then laughed a bit, “Ha, we'll try not too.”
“Kento!”she gave him a slight push as he smiled, “I'm just kidding. Calm down...” The four boys left as Aya sighed in relief.

“Hey.” Aya and Kento turned as they reach the school entrance. “Can I talk with you for a sec?” Aya pointed at herself as he nodded.
“... Uh, sure... I'll meet you by the gate.” she told Kento. He nodded, “Don't take to long.” She nodded and followed Yuto to the back of the school. She asked, “What's the emergency? You never talk to me at school.”
“What the hell was that? At lunch?” he questioned her.
“What? I was just having lunch with Kento.” she told him. “What's wrong with that?” He then smirked, “So... you've got yourself a boyfriend huh?” She flinched and thought, “Oh crap... he'll sooo ruin my relationship if he finds out...” She told him, “What are you talking about? He's one of my best friends. Speaking of which, I've left him waiting.”
“...You know I'll find out the truth.” he told her as he followed her back to the gate.
“There's nothing you need to find out...” she said, avoiding his gaze. “Now would you buzz off... I thought you don't like being seen with me, I'd ruin your reputation....”
“Hey, you do listen to me.” he beamed as she glared, “I'm not like you, Yuto.” She walked off faster and he quickly said, “Hey. Pick up Raiya on your way home today.” She stopped and glared, “Fine....” He smiled in victory as she joined Kento at the gate and they headed off.

“Cool... so I'll get to meet your little brother.” Kento smiled. She nodded, “Yup... his school is actually on the way to your place.” He stated, “Oh... so I guess you'll be walking me home... since someone here doesn't want me walking her home...”
“Sorry okay.... I got my reasons.” she told him. “But... I promise... There will definitely be a day when I'll let you walk me home.” He asked, “Really? You swear?” She nodded with a giggle as she held up her pinky. He smiled and put his up and wrapped it around hers. She then said, “Well come on. I don't wanna keep Raiya waiting.”
“Eh?!” she heard as they stood outside the middle school. Raiya approached them happily, “Aya-nee! What are you doing here?”
“I'm here to pick you up.” she smiled. “Kento, this is my lil bro. Raiya, this is Kento, my boyfriend.”
“Hey there.” Kento waved to him as Raiya just stared at him, “Eh? Boyfriend? But Aya-nee! I want you to be Nii-kun's girlfriend!” She laughed a bit, “Me and Nii-kun don't get along remember. Kento's my best friend.”
“Besides... it's not good for siblings to fall in love with each other.” Kento told him. “Come on, I'm not so bad kid. Gimme a chance to prove it.” He pouted, “...”
“...Hmm, how about we get some ice cream?” he offered as Raiya lit up, “Ice cream?!” He nodded with a laugh as did Aya.
“Yum! Thanks Kento-nii!” he smiled brightly as Aya said, “Well you sure got him to open up to you fast...”
“What can I say? I'm great with kids.” he told her. They all ate their ice cream as Raiya happily sat there saying how awesome Kento was.
“Well my place is this way...” Kento said stopping, pointing in the opposite direction of where Aya lives. She nodded, “We'll walk you.”
“You can after you let me walk you home.” he told her with a smile.
“You're so stubborn...” she giggled at him. “Come on Raiya...” He nodded, “Bye, Kento-nii.”
“See you Raiya.” he waved off.
