Rating: PG
Genre: Romance, Drama, Life
Pairing: JUMPxOC (main pairing NakajimaXOC)
Summary: It's been 10 years since Yuto has seen his childhood friend/ first love. Everyday, he would go to their favorite place in hopes of her return. One day he sees a familiar looking girl. After a closer look, she is in fact his friend he's been longing to see. But she doesn't know who he is at all. Is she really his childhood friend? Or did she just forget?

“Wow, you two sure are working hard...” Yuto heard as Ryosuke came on the stage. Kei nodded, “Eru's been working us like crazy... I'm so tired... and its only been an hour!”
“Haha, that's why don't get on her bad side.” he suggested. As the rest of the members arrived, Yuto asked, “Did you guys see Chiaki on the way here?” Ryutaro shook his head, “Nope. Why don't you call her?”
“Eru took our phones away so we wouldn't get distracted...” Kei sighed. Daiki laughed, “Haha, she really keeping you guys focused on practice! I'll call her up for you, Yuto.” He took out his phone as someone took it from him.
“No phones while here! It practice time! Get to work!” Eru ordered them as Daiki pouted, “Aww man...”
“Do I hear complaining?! Should I make you do more?!” she threatened as he shook his head, “It's okay. I'll get to work!” They all scurried off as Eru smiled in victory. She soon heard the doors open as the last members arrived.
“A few seconds to spare...” she told them. “A second later and you three would've been staying an hour later. Keep track of the time!” Hikaru nodded, “Yes Ma'am! Won't happen again!”
“Good, now get to practice!” she said as the boys headed to the stage. She then noticed, “Oh, Misa. What are you doing here? Mia was here yesterday.” She nodded, “I know, but Chiaki brought me and my friend along. I guess Yuto had something to talk to me about.”
“Ah, hope you don't mind waiting a while. I really gotta whip this boys into shape. You know how lazy guys can be.” Eru stated as Mai laughed, “Haha so true.”
“Would you mind if Yuto took a five minute break to talk to her? He's been working hard hasn't he?” Chiaki suggested. “Misa can't stay too long.” Eru thought as Yabu soon came over, “Ah, more fangirls?”
“Kota... practice. Now.” Eru gave him a look as he just smiled, “Yabu Kota, nice to meet you.”
“I'm Natsume Misaki, vice president of your fan club.” she smiled back. “And this is my best friend Chiba Mai. It's nice to meet you.”
“Girls, don't encourage him. He needs to get back to work... unless he wants more.” Eru glared at him.
“Will you two be attending this weekend's concert?” he wondered.
“Not this time. It's the other girls turn to go.” Misa explained.
“Aw, why doesn't the entire club go?” he asked. Mai beamed, “That's sooo many girls we'd need to get tickets for.”
“We can help with that can't we Eru?” Yabu asked as she glared, “GET BACK TO WORK!”
“Oh! Here!” he handed them two backstage passes. “That way, they can see whats going on backstage. That would be fun for a fan right?” Mai looked at it and said, “Wow... MIMI! We should go too!!!”
“We just went. I'll give these to the other girls.” Misa said as Kota said, “No, those ones are for you. And the tickets that Eru usually gives you guys for concerts, they'll be backstage too.” Chiaki smiled, “Great, we can hang out before and come together~!” Mai cheered, “Wohoo! Another concert!”
“EH?! What are you doing here?!” they suddenly heard as an angry look appeared on Mai's face, “Me?! Why are you here?!” He gave her a look, “I'm in this band!” She gave a surprised face as she smiled, “Whoops... haha I forgot you were in the band.”
“Geez... stupid as usual...” he groaned.
“At least I'm not an annoying jerk like you!” she pointed at him angrily. Misa then got what happened. She said, “Mai! Yuya's the one you were telling me about?!” She nodded as Misa sighed, “You called him a girl?”
“Well look! He does right?!” she said pointing at him. Yuya glared, “Can you please leave?! I can't focus with an idiot like you around!”
“Yuya.” Yabu stopped him. “Just go go back to the stage. It's not nice to call girls names like that.” He sighed and did as he was told. Mai groaned, “Urgh.... how do you work with someone like him?!”
“It's not that hard. Yuya's nice once you get to know him better.” he said.
“And maybe if you didn't call him a girl...” Misa thought as Mai defended, “But he does!”
“Well... if you be nice to him, I'm sure he'll be nice to you.” Misa said as they soon heard, “MISA~!” She was tackled by Kei as she said, “Whoa~! Kei! You're suppose to be rehearsing!”
“Misa!” another voice said as Yuto ran over. “Hey, I've been trying to call you all week!”
“THAT'S IT!” Eru screamed. “Kota! You're not setting a good example as the oldest! Get back to work! You're staying an hour after! Kei, you too! Yuto, go talk with Misa about whatever and then get back here! And as for you three girls, no more distracting JUMP or you're outta here!”
“Yes Ma'am!” they all said running off to where they are suppose to be.
“Damn... she is scary when she's mad!” Mai said a bit jumpy. They sat down in the chairs, watching the practice as Chiaki nodded, “Haha imagine how it is for the boys...” Yuto said, “She really makes it hard for us... but she is a great manager.”
“So... what did you want to talk to me about Yuto?” Misa asked him. Mai turned to him as she lit up, “Oh, Mimi! He was with Kei yesterday!”
“Really?” she said surprised. She turned to Yuto, “You were at my place yesterday? How did you know where I lived?” He lit up, “You do live there?! That's where my childhood friend used to live before she left!” An unreadable look came on Misa's face as Mai went wide-eyed.
“Misa... that's the same house you lived in before you moved to America right?” she asked as Misa nodded.
“So... you are Yuto's childhood friend!” Chiaki said with a small smile. Yuto beamed happily and hugged Misa, “You are Mimi!” Mai just stared, a bit unsure of what was happening as Misa thought, “... Look. As strange as this was. I really don't think that I'm your Mimi. I'm really sorry Yuto, but... I'm not her.”
“But--”
“We gotta get going.” she interrupted. “Come on, Mai.”
“... see you guys at your concert.” she smiled as she followed her best friend out.
“... Yuto? You alright?” Chiaki asked worried about him. He just stared off after Misa, a bit heart-broken. He sighed, “... I gotta get back to work...”

“What was that all about?!” Mai asked Misa as they walked home. She explained, “Hey thinks I'm Mimi, this girl he was friends with when he was young.”
“Well it sounds like you are. He knew your house.” she stated as Misa thought, “Well I dunno how he knew that, but I know that I'm not that girl. I'm not that girl he's so desperate to find.” Mai sighed, “Don't you think it's cute though? He's so set on finding her... how long as he been waiting?”
“10 years. He says she left to America when he was 7.” she answered as Mai lit up, “The same time you came to America! Its been 10 years since you been here!”
“This is all just some coincidence! I'm not this Mimi!” she thought. Mai just thought, staring up at the clouds, “It's so cute~! He's been waiting 10 long years for his friend to return. He's been desperately waiting for her return~! Seems like she's more than just a friend...”
“... Seems like she was his first love. And he never got over her.” Misa thought.
“Awww! Even cuter! I'm seeing a little love triangle between you, him, and Kei~!” Mai teased.
“Oh, shut up, Mai...” she giggled. “Yuto just thinks I'm the girl he likes. It doesn't mean he likes me. And Kei... well we already talked about him...” There was a silence between them as Mai thought it was a good idea to change the subject. “Hey wanna hang out at the mall for a while? I wanna find a nice outfit for the concert Saturday.”
“You go ahead. I really should get home... You know how Haruka is.” she said.
“Good point. She should come too!” Mai lit up. “To the concert Saturday! That way she can get out and your parents don't need to worry about her running off like usual!” Misa smiled, “That sounds like a great idea. I'll have to buy her a ticket though...”
“... Here. Give her the backstage ticket. That way she could stick with you.” Mai smiled handing her the ticket.
“But--”
“I'd only argue with that jerk if I was backstage. It would probably best if the two of us stayed away from each other.” Mai laughed. Misa smiled, “Come on. I'm treating you to as much ice cream as you want!”
“Wohoo!” she cheered.

“So the concert saturday... its gonna be us three?” Kimiko asked as she, Ayako, and Mia sat in Ayako's living room. Mia nodded, “Yup. Fun...”
“Why are you always in such a grumpy mood, Mia?” Ayako questioned her.
“Why do you need to get into my business?” she glared. Kimiko answered, “She was only asking Mia. I know you're the head after Misa, but stop acting like your above us.” Mia stood up, “I am above you, got it? And if you forgot, Misa is only the vice president.”
“It's not like the president ever shows up--”
“She's a busy person! But without her... this club would've never been formed.” Mia said strongly. She headed for the door as Ayako said, “Wha... Mia, we still need to plan for Saturday--”
“Do it without me. Misa can take my place... I've got better things to do then hang around here.” She slammed the door after her as Kimiko groaned, “Well, at least we won't be stuck with her for the concert...”
“And that means Misa will be coming with us.” Ayako smiled. Kimiko nodded as they planned articles and reviews they would do for the concert.

“And then the ribozymes of the nucleotides...” the professor lectured the class as Mia diligently took notes. She sighed, trying to comprehend everything he was saying. She groaned quietly as she heard, “Hey, relax... its not that difficult...” The professor let released them as he finished. They gathered their stuff and headed for the door.
“Easy for you to say. You're a brainiac.” she stated. “I don't know how you do it Yumi.” Her best friend smiled, “It's not easy, I'll tell you that. It took a lot of practice and hard work.”
“Not to mention all the time you put in for it.” Mia sighed as Yumi nodded, “Anyways... let's study together tonight. It's been a while since we've talked.” She nodded, “Someone's been too busy for me...”
“Sorry... you know how I am with school work.” Yumi beamed. “Anyways... how's the club?” Mia stated, “It's pretty great actually... Misa's been really amazing.” She smiled, “Really? So she's taking good care of it.” Mia nodded, “Really good care... I dunno how... but she managed to get some of the JUMP guys to make appearances at the club.”
“Really?” Yumi said surprised as she stopped walking. “Which members?”
“Let's see... today it was... Chinen, Keito, and Hikaru.” Mia thought. “And before... it was Kei... and Yuto.” A look came on her face as she thought, “I guess I'll be visiting the club soon.” A smile came on Mia's face, “Really?! When?!” She thought, “I guess after finals. That way I don't need to worry about them anymore...”
“That's like a month from now...” Mia sighed. “You know I only joined that club because of you... it's no fun without you.”
“Sorry... I thought you were a fan too?”
“Just their music... that's it. The guys... I dunno, I'm just not that into them.” she explained. “I thought I'd help you out so I joined it too... after all, I'm sure you want someone to keep you in touch with what's going on with the club. Since you don't talk to Misa as often as you used to... I thought I might as well...”
“Sorry about that...” she stated as Mia shrugged, “It's cool.. its a good time consumer whenever I'm bored, so that's alright. But if you were to show up there every now and then, it would be less boring for me. You make things bearable for me.”
“I promise. After finals, I'll make more appearances there alright?” Yumi smiled.
“Alright.” she said. “Anyways... enough about the club... we should focus for our midterm on Wednesday.” Yumi nodded as they headed to her dorm room.
