Summary: It's been 10 years since Yuto has seen his childhood friend/ first love. Everyday, he would go to their favorite place in hopes of her return. One day he sees a familiar looking girl. After a closer look, she is in fact his friend he's been longing to see. But she doesn't know who he is at all. Is she really his childhood friend? Or did she just forget?
“Hurry up!” Kei yelled at Yuto as they barely caught the bus the next day after school.
“Geez, for a guy with long legs, you're so slow...” Kei panted. He defended, “Shut up... It's not my fault you took forever getting outta class.”
“Fine, it's partially my fault...” he sighed. Soon they got off the bus and entered a small building. As they entered, Yuto saw a bunch of JE pictures everywhere. Kei told him, “This building is for all of JE's fans... not only for JUMP. Don't worry, they aren't crazy fangirls...”
“It seems as if you know them all...”
“Haha... not really. I met the VP, a few meetings ago.” he explained. “I saw a few member but we didn't talk much...”
“What about the President?”
“Haven't met her yet...” he said. As they entered the lobby, a smile appeared on Kei's face. He stated, “Hey, stay here for a second...” He slowly went away to a girl, holding a bunch of papers, talking at the front desk.
“Thanks,Yuina. Tell her I'll call her later...” the girl smiled. The secretary spotted Kei as he put a finger to his lips. She nodded, “No problem...”
“Misa~!” Kei yelled as she turned right into him.
“AH!” she screamed in surprise as all her papers went flying. Kei laughed loudly as she hit him, “Kei! What was that for?! I swear if you ever do that again, you'll regret it!”
“Sorry, sorry, sorry!” he chuckled helping her pick up all her papers.
“Geez...” the girl sighed. “You're so troublesome Kei. You always show up at random times outta no where...” He laughed, “You know you like it! You love having me around!” She giggled, “Haha, sure... almost as much as I want to hold your hand, right?”
“Oh, well why didn't you just say so!” he smiled as he took her hand and helped her up. They laughed together as Yuto picked up some papers near him and approached them. Yuina smiled, “Looks like we have another Johnny's boy visiting today, Misa...”
“Here--” he said as he stopped when she looked at him. She smiled, “Ah, we meet again.” Kei gave a questioning look, “Eh? You know each other?” Yuto nodded, “Y-yea... I ran into her the other day...”
“Well you can say that...” she laughed. “He--”
“Kei, come here for a sec.” Yuto called as he walked into the hallway. Kei followed as he asked, “Who is she?”
“Oh, that the Vice President of the fan club, Natsume Misaki.” he explained as he looked at her talking to Yuina again. “She's really friendly, not to mention a tease.” He then told Kei, “She's Mimi. The one i've been telling you about!” He stopped looking over at her as his smile vanished, “Misa? Are you sure?” He nodded, “Same features, same nickname, she was at the same park we always met at. She has to be her.”
“I dunno, Yuto...” he sighed. “But I suppose we can still try to find some signs that will show you if she's that girl or not? Just don't get you hopes up...” He pouted, “Why? Cuz you enjoy flirting with her?”
“Mhm, kinda...I think she's really cute...” he thought. “But rumor around here is that she's a Kei fan...” He went back over to Misa as they chatted. Yuto went over as Yuina saw him in though. She sighed and tried to get his mind off them, “Hey... I should probably tell you about the clubs here... There's more than just a JUMP club here... there's a bunch of JE fan clubs. If you have any questions be sure to talk to me.” He was still silent as she said, “I know I look a little unapproachable, but I can be friendly...” He nodded, “Thanks...”
“Yuina. Namikawa Yuina.” she said. Soon, Kei called, “Yuto! Come on!” He waved bye to her and followed them as they walked through the building.
“So, we have another HSJ member with us together... what's the occasion?” she wondered with a smile as they followed her through the building. Kei smiled, “He was bored so he decided to come with me.” She gave a look, “But I thought you had a photo shoot today in an hour? You both are ditching, aren't you?”
“Ah, Misa! You're too good!” he laughed. “Nothing gets pass you!”
“How did you know that?” Yuto wondered.
“Well I am the HSJ fan club's VP, aren't I? Your manager gives me some info.. But so does this dork right here.” she playfully pushed Kei. He pouted, “Misa! That's not very nice!”
“When did I ever say I was nice?” she giggled to him.
“When we first met. You were all 'don't worry. I'm a nice person'.” He mocked her. She responded, “I never said that! I said that most people thought of me as a nice person! And I do not sound like that...” They just laughed as Yuto watched.
“You're so mean to me Kei.” she pouted at him.
“Ah, you know you like it when I mess with you.” he smiled. “You always have that bright smile on your face.” She then smiled, “You mean this one? I usually smile, alright? It doesn't mean it's because of you... Geez, aren't you so self-centered.” Yuto scoffed as Kei grabbed his chest, over his heart, “Ouch! Misa! That hurts!” She just giggled as she stopped in front of a room. “So was there something you need or were you just hear to bug me?”
“Not everything revolves around you... and you think I'm the self centered one?” Kei responded. She rolled her eyes as Yuto stated, “We just wanted to talk.” She thought, “To the fans?”
“To you.” he explained. She thought, “Well, I guess we can after the meeting... but on one condition.”
“Name it.” Kei smiled.
“You two will be guest speakers for the fan club today.” she told them, but before they could respond, the door slid opened behind them as a girl's eyes went wide. All the girls within stared appalled as Misa sighed, “Well, whether you were gonna agree or not, looks like you got no choice now...” They entered the room full of girls, prepared for anything.
“Okay, girls. Sorry about the short meeting. See you all Friday.” Misa dismissed the girls an hour later. However 3 stayed. Kei recognized one of them as Kimiko, the one who was at the concert. She said, “Misa, you are amazing! I never thought JUMP would actually show up!”
“Neither did I, but here they are.” she smiled. “Oh, let me introduce you. This is Himura Kimiko and this Hiyami Ayako. They're some of the leaders of the sub-groups in this club.” Kimiko smiled to the boys, “Hi, I'm the lead of Keito's fans.” Ayako stated, “And I'm the lead of Ryosuke's fans.” Yuto and Kei smiled, “It's nice to meet all of you.”
“And this is Takimoto Mia.” Misa said as she introduced the last girl. Mia said, “I take over when both the President and Vice President aren't here...” She looked at her watch and grabbed her bag, “I gotta go Misaki...”
“Alright.” Misa said as she left. The two remaining girls then smiled, “Haha, I say for the next meeting you get Ryosuke and Keito to make an appearance.”
“Haha, doubt that. We'll talk more later. I'll see you guys Friday.” she said as they nodded and left. She turned back to the two celebrities while gathering all her stuff, asking, “So, why don't we go grab a smoothie and then we can talk?”
“That sounds good.” Kei smiled. “My treat.”
“Alright, but I'm gonna order a large.” she told him with a giggle as they walked outta the fan club building. He pouted with a laugh, “Misa~!”
“Is she the girl?” Chiaki asked as Kei ordered their drinks. Yuto and Misa sat down at one of the booths as he nodded, “Yuto thinks she is...but She doesn't know him though. He's gonna ask her about it now... so we'll keep you updated...” She gave him a look, “You better... you so owe me for the free smoothies...” He gave a smile, “Sorry. I'll pay you back. I totally forgot I left my wallet at home...” He went over and soon their drinks arrived.
“So what did you boys want?” she asked as she took a sip of her smoothie. Chiaki handed the boys their smoothies as Kei asked, “Well actually, Yuto here was curious about something. He--”
“I still think we've met before...” he stated. “I'm sorry if I'm being a bother, but you look a lot like Mimi, you were hanging around the park we always played at, and you have the same nickname as Mimi.”
“Only my family and best friend call me Mimi...” she thought. “... what was her name?”
“We called each other by nicknames. It was never by our full name, so I don't know.” he explained. She thought, “I told you. I really don't think I was the Mimi you're talking about... but I suppose if you want to actually look in depth to it, I'll let you. Tell me a little about your Mimi and I'll compare her to me.”
“Hmm...” Yuto thought to himself. Kei thought too and lit up, “I got it! Misa! What's your phone number?! Maybe you and Mimi have the same one!” She began giggling, “Kei~! It's Yuto who's asking the questions, not you!”
“Haha, oh, right. Can I still have it though? To keep in touch.” he smiled. She rolled her eyes, “Well... I guess. Would you like it too Yuto?” He nodded. She gave it to them as Kei smiled, “Arigatou, Misa!” She smiled with a nod, “Ah, sorry, Yuto... did you think of something?”
“... no, nothing right--” He stopped as she noticed him staring at the smoothie she was holding. She thought, “Oh, did Mimi like strawberry too?”
“No, you're bracelet!” he said surprised. “That bracelet was the exact same one I gave to Mimi!”
“Ah...” she said staring at the silver chain around her wrist. 7 different charms dangled from it. “This?” He nodded, “Yea! I gave it to her when I was invited to her 6th birthday party! She promised she'd wear it all the time!”
“Hmm, this exact same bracelet?”
“Yea!” he said as another memory occurred to him. “Ah, may I see it really quick?” She nodded as she took it off and handed it to him. He looked at the back of each charm and lit up, “Mimi, look.” She looked and saw the initials Y.N on the back of the heart charm.
“Y.N... Yuto Nakajima.” she thought. “I didn't know that was there...”
“I engraved it so you wouldn't forget me... I guess that didn't work out so well.” he stated.
“So you are the girl, Misa...” Kei thought as she shook her head, “No, I'm not... I didn't get this from you Yuto. My sister gave it to me. It was from her. The initials could be yours, but my sister has the same initials.” She stared at it, “This was just a bizarre coincidence... Gomen, Yuto.”
“A coincidence...” he sighed.
“Your sister? I didn't know you had a sister.” Kei stated with a smile. “Is she as pretty as you?” She giggled, “You're such a flirt, Kei.” Yuto then asked, “So... the same initials... is she a younger sister?”
“Older... so if we were childhood friends then you should know her. We were really close when we were younger.” she explained. Kei wondered, “So you aren't anymore?” She shook her head, “She's 2 years older than I am, so she in college now. I haven't seen her for the past 2 years.”
“Wow, she must be really serious about her studies.” he said as she nodded, “Yea. She is.” Soon her phone rang as she said, “Sorry... I'll be back in a sec.” She left the table and began talking into the phone as Kei sighed, “So, I guess she's not your girl....”
“... I dunno. I know its her, but... I can't prove it...” Yuto sighed.
“Well how do you know she's the girl?”
“... well... she seems really, really familiar and … oh I dunno, I just get the feeling... I know her.” he groaned trying to think. Kei sighed, “That doesn't really prove anything, Yuto. Maybe she went to the same school as you when she was younger... before she left.”
“...I guess...” he stated as she soon came back. “Sorry, guys. I gotta get going.” She grabbed all her stuff as Kei stood up, “We'll walk with you.”
“It's fine.” she told him. “You two still have a photo shoot to get to. I'll see you guys around.” She ran out as Kei sighed, “Well, let's get back to the agency.”
“Misa~!! Over here!!” she heard as she sighed in relief. Mai smiled, “Don't worry, I took good care of her.” She scolded her sister, “Haruka, can't you last a day without arguing with them?!”
“It's not my fault they want so much!” she pouted. She turned to her friend, “Thanks Mai. I can handle it from here.” She smiled, “Anytime. I'll wait over there.” She walked off, leaving the sisters to talk. Misa asked, “What happened this time?”
“... I got sent to the Principal's office...”
“What happened?! Is it because of that bully again?!” she said angry as her sister explained, “Yea, I got so mad and I-- well I punched him.” Misa sighed, “Haruka, look. I know he's been giving you trouble...”
“I know, I know.” she interrupted. “I shouldn't have done that. This is what I get for starting a fight... blah, blah, blah.” Misa smiled, “Actually I was gonna say he deserved it. With the way he bullies you all the time, I'm glad you punched him... just next time... don't do it when the teachers are around... that way you don't get caught.” She laughed, “That was pretty stupid of me.”
“Don't worry about it. Mom and Dad are strict... I went through the same thing and so did Yumi-nee-chan... they can be really hard on you, but you'll get through it alright. And you have me here when you need me.” she told her. Haruka hugged her, “Thanks, Mimi. I can always count on you.” She nodded, “Now how about we head home?”
“Actually... Mai wanted to get some ice cream with us.. it'll put me in a better mood.” she smiled pleadingly to her older sister. She sighed, “Oh, alright. Come on.”
“Wohoo~!” Mai smiled, over hearing them. “Let's go!”

YAY~!!!!! ANOTHER UPDATE!! xD Haha I hope this was a good chapter ^^ School started for me so I dunno if I'll be able to update as often... :/ But I will do my best to! Comment and tell me what you think or if you have any suggestions~! :)
