Summary: The normal love story, rich boy falls for poor girl? Wrong! This hopeless romantic girl is the maid of the spoiled, flirty rich celebrity. Being the only way to make money, she's forced to do whatever he wants... that is until he gets too demanding. What will become of the maid and master? Two completely different people with different taste?
“So, you came back for more?” she heard as she washed up in the locker room after gym period. She turned to see the senior girls again as one said, “You should've stayed gone... would've been better for you.”
“Actually, it wouldn't have...” she told them. “Look, I don't care what you girls have against me, but I stay here so I can graduate. No matter what you do I'm sticking around. And even if you totally hate my guts, the JUMP members are my friends. So if they want to hang out with me or if I have to talk to them, then we have the freedom to do that.” That pissed the girls off. Another yelled, “As if you're their friend! You're just whoring yourself out to them!”
“....That's your own opinion of me... You girls don't know me at all so what gives you the right to call me names like that?” she stated, trying to stay strong. They were silent for a second as the 'leader' of them groaned, “This is your final warning. Stay away from them.”
“...No...” she said.
“You better think about what you're saying--”
“She said no.” they heard as she Shizu stood up. “She's made her decision, let her do what she wants.”
“And let her seduce the JUMP members-”
“Stop with the accusations! Just because stupid flyers say she's keeping JUMP all to herself doesn't mean that it's true!”
“And how would you know---”
“Because I know everything about Aya.” she said calmly and strongly as she turned to her. “And even if she doesn't know it.... she's still my best friend and always will be.” The school bell rang as one of the girls said, “You got lucky Aya....” they headed out, leaving the two girls alone.
“... shall we go?” Shizu asked her. Aya nodded and headed to class, Shizu kindly following after. Shizu decided to break the silence, “...Aya, when are you gonna talk to me?” She didn't get a response. “Aya... I swear whatever I did I'm sorry... I... I just want my best friend back.”
“... Your best friend? Or what our best friend has?” she asked as her head hung.
“What? Aya, I don't care what you have! You could be some homeless girl on the streets for all I care, but you'll still be my best friend.” Aya thought and told her, “... I'll see you in class...” Shizu stared off as Aya quickly ran to class. As she ran, she held back tears, thinking, “Come on Aya! Don't fall for her act again! You'll only get hurt!”
“... finally...” she sighed to herself as class ended. Students began to leave as she felt hands rest on her shoulders. They began to massage her as she sighed in happiness, “That feels nice...”
“You seemed a little too tense... thought I should help.” Kento gave her a cute smile as she smiled in response.
“Where are you going Yuto?” Keito wondered.
“... Nothing... just go away...” he replied as Keito smiled, “oh, I see... you're going to see Aya...”
“Shut up...” Yuto turned a little red as he headed to her class. Keito told him, “You don't need to be embarrassed about it. You're just worried about her--” He stopped as Yuto suddenly stopped. They both saw Kento massaging the tired looking Aya as Yuto glared in jealousy.
“So...have you made up your mind? Wanna go out on a date?” he questioned as the two sat alone together in the classroom. She thought, “...actually... we need to talk...” He nodded, “Sure, what about?”
“...Our relationship... can we... can we please put it on hold?” she stuttered, avoiding his gaze. She peeked up to see a sad, heart-broken look on his face. “I-I'm really sorry... but with all that's going on right now... its been stressing me out and I don't want that to lead to affecting our relationship.... So... I think it would be better if we took a break for a while.”
“...i-if that's what you want...” he sighed.
“I'm really sorry Kento...” she told him.
“It's okay... if you need the breather... go for it.” he gave her a small smile. He stood up and said, “But if you need me I'll be here.” She nodded as he left.
“... Did... they just...” Yuto said surprised as he and Keito hid behind trash bins nearby. Keito gave him a look, “You know it's rude to spy-”
“You're spying too!” he stated annoyed. He got up and was about to head into Aya's class as Keito quickly pulled him back, “What the hell are you doing?!”
“I'm gonna talk to Aya. I don't wanna leave her alone like that bastard Kento just did--”
“You being alone with her wouldn't help!” Keito groaned. “Look, you didn't hear this from me, but you are the actual reason she wants to put her relationship with Kento on hold! You can't just start courting her when she just broke the news to Kento!!!”
“... I'm the reason...” he said with a little blush.
“Look don't get so big headed... your confession was supposively so amazing it started confusing her feelings.... her thoughts on you have changed and that's sorta messing up her relationship with Kento.” he explained as Yuto thought, “... Well either way, I'm still gonna talk to her--”
“Look, if you're so set on not leaving her alone, then I'll talk to her! You might only make this worse.” Keito told him as Yuto pouted, “Urgh.... fine... I'll just talk to her tomorrow...” He headed off as Keito sighed in relief. As he left, Yuto said to himself, “There has to be someway I can get Aya outta this mess...”
“Hey... not heading home yet?” Aya heard as she worked on some extra credit assignments. She turned to the door and smiled, “Soon... I'm almost done...” Keito took a seat next to her as he said, “Wow, extra credit... You're really working hard...” She nodded as she continued to work.
“... so I saw Kento on my way over here...”he stated as Aya suddenly stopped writing. She bit her lip and slowly began writing again, “...Oh?”
“Yea... he seemed pretty sad... I'm assuming you've already talk to him?”
“Yea...” she responded. “...But it's better now... for both of us...”
“... you don't sound so sure...” he gave her a worried look. She bit her lips a little harder as tears formed in her eyes. “...I am... I'm just...” The tears fell as she cried, “... I feel even emptier than ever... I feel like I just lost Kento now and--”
“Aya, calm down.” Keito comforted her. “Let's get home and well talk more about this...” She nodded.
“...I just noticed... you said that you feel emptier than ever...right?” Keito asked her as she nodded. “So... does that mean that even when you were dating Kento... you were feeling empty then?” The realization hit her as she thought, “N-no... of course not--”
“Aya... tell me the truth...” Keito told her as she sighed, “... I didn't feel emptier... I just felt... like nothing had actually changed between us...”
“... so it didn't feel like love?” he wondered as she nodded, “Yea... I guess.... is it bad if I felt a little relieve when we put our relationship on hold?” He shook his head, “Of course not. Putting it on hold is for you to think about our relationship...” She gave a small smile, “You sure know a lot about love... have you ever been in love?”
“...Not yet...” he sighed. “But I know I will be... I'm just waiting for that right girl.”
“... well she'll be one lucky girl.” she beamed. “She'll have herself a great guy.” He smiled, “Thanks Aya... oh. How's things going with Yuto?” She thought, “I dunno... I haven't talk to him since he was here on Saturday...”
“So nothing has really changed between you and him?”
“Just the fact that he's been a lot sweeter and nicer lately...” she thought as Keito laughed, “Aya, he's always like that.”
“Well not with me.” she sighed.
“... I'm sure he's told you, but he wanted to show you his bad side because then you would be the only one who's seen him good and bad. With fans, they only see his celebrity side of him. We, JUMP members haven't even seen his bad side... his angry side maybe but not bad. You're the only one who knows him as a whole.” She didn't know how to respond to that as she blushed a bit. Keito told her, “... Well, just don't think about it right now... Why don't I help you on some assignments?” She smiled a little, “That'd be nice... thanks Keito.”
